  RFME 2002 Champions Ceremony

The Real Federación Motociclista Española Champions Ceremony was held in the Cantabria House, in Madrid, on Saturday, February 9th, 2002.

In the ceremony, titles were delivered to the riders who had obtained the Spanish Championships on the different areas, and medals were given to those which had obtained continental or world-wide succes during last year.
Josep Manzano premiato
Josep Manzano received two, a silver one and a bronze one, in recognition for his attainment of the Trials European Championship, and for the Trials Junior World Cup.

The other trials riders who went to receive their prizes were:

- The Trials National Team, represented by Albert Cabestany and Marc Freixa (Gold for the World Championship for National Teams)

- Marc Freixa (Silver for the World Indoor and Bronze for his 3rd place in the World Championship)

- Laia Sanz (Bronze for the Feminine World Cup and European Feminine Runner-Up)

- The Feminine National Team (Mercè Ribera, Dolores Sánchez and Laia Sanz, Bronze for their 2nd place in the Feminine World Cup)
Marc Freixa premiato
- Daniel Gibert (Bronze for the European Young Cup 125 cc).

After the ceremony, there was a cocktail party.
